Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

Hello my lovelies! It's been a hell of a while. My last journal update was back in July and a lot's changed since then, so I'm due an update right? I'll try and keep it short and sweet.

Most notably, back in September I moved up to Newcastle upon tyne to start working with the lovely guys at Atomhawk. It was a crazy couple of weeks, relocating super fast, moving away from my loved ones and settling into art 9 to 5, but... I love it! My time there has flown already and it's awesome, I get to paint all day ;D
I can't wait to start sharing all the stuff I've been working on and I will as soon as I can.

In other news! If you pick up the latest ImagineFX issue, you'll find my art on the cover! It was seriously awesome to be asked to paint a cover

There's a tutorial from me and if you ever wanted to see my work at 100% resolution, pick up the issue!

Lastly! It's almost five years on Deviant art for me now, where the hell did that go!? So thanks for the early 'birthday' messages.

Congrats on IFX. I used to buy it religiously but it's gotten quite thin recently and I think the amount that I learn from each issue, if anything, is not enough to warrant the price. If I was made of money I'd buy it every month though XD
I've been looking for a sketch group for a while and I live just down the road from Newcastle. It's about an hour on the train, but cheap enough. The sketch group thing happening?
