Somewhere between a sketch and finished work, decided to share another. Anyone who follows my blog will have already seen this. Normally I wouldn't post something that has such a stark difference between the finished / unfinished sections, but I'm growing more comfortable with sharing my rough work.

It's very obvious this isn't 'polished' nor do I intend to make it so. If you like it, awesome. If you don't, sorry dudes!

Heyyy I dunno if you sell your work anywhere else. But I saw this piece on Beyond the Rack website, being sold for around 80 dollars. I dont know if you gave the right to sell it there, but Just wanted to give a heads up. Hopefully they didnt steal the art from you :S…

Also it doesnt have the watermark of your name or anything on it either. Probs stolen. Fingers crossed that it isnt. They also have other pieces of your work for sale of the very same price.

Hey, well thanks for flagging it up! Rest assured though, they're selling my work legitimately :)

ha, finally, found you again! :)
i remember stumbling across your tumblr years ago - and i never forgot this picture! do you think you might be able to release this picture in a bit higher resolution? because i always wanted to use it as an iphone wallpaper, but it's a bit too small (and the signature is a bit too dominant) for using it as a wallpaper...

I'm a bit surprised about your vision of this work. In my opinion it IS finished. By the perfection of the face, I feel like it's clear the unfinished parts are a choice, an artistic decision. It wouldn't be so nice if finished. The finished and unfinished elements participate in the composition and in the fact that our look is trapped by hers. When we look at this drawing we are immediately focused on the intensity of her look which such a great example of your mastering of expressions. She's not only beautiful, she's obviously stubborn, a bit angry and definitely reproaches us something.
